PROCESSING

All products are ready to ship, and will be processed within 1-2 business days of order placement.

SHIPPING 

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

We are not responsible for packages that have been mis-delivered due to incorrect information provided by purchaser. 

Please double check your address at checkout. No refunds or replacement orders will be given if the order contains incorrect shipping information. 

DELIVERY TIMES

• US customers can expect to receive their orders 1-3 days after shipping.
• International customers can expect to receive their orders 7-14 days after shipping.

RETURNS:

**All Sales are final**

Returns will only be accepted where your order has been damaged in transit due to a packaging error on our part.

If there is an issue with your order please contact info@warmembraceshop.com  immediately with your order number and any additional details and we will be touch as soon as possible to try and rectify the issue.

Refunds will only be processed for defective items once they have been returned to us.

Please contact us to receive approval before sending back any merchandise.

Subscription Services
Warm Embrace agrees to provide the Subscriber with the following subscription services:

Monthly delivery of a curated selection of sympathy greeting cards.
Access to exclusive member-only designs and collections.
A discount on all additional card purchases.
Free standard shipping on all orders.
Personalized branding and messages on cards (if applicable).
2. Subscription Plans
The Subscriber has chosen the following subscription plan:

Additional cards: $50 per 25 cards

3-Month Contract
Recommended Resale Price: $5-$7 per card

3-Month Contract
Recommended Resale Price: $5-$7 per card
3. Payment Terms
The monthly subscription fee will be billed to the Subscriber’s credit card or other payment method provided at the time of subscription.
The subscription fee will be charged on the 1st of each month.
The Subscriber agrees to keep their payment information current and notify Warm Embrace of any changes.
4. Subscription Term and Renewal
The subscription term begins on the Subscription Start Date and continues on a month-to-month basis, after 3-month commitment.
The subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled by the Subscriber in accordance with Section 5 of this Contract.
5. Cancellation Policy
The Subscriber may cancel their subscription at any time by providing written notice to Warm Embrace at least 5 days before the next billing date.
Upon cancellation, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be incurred.
6. Refund Policy
Subscription fees are non-refundable except in cases where Warm Embrace is unable to fulfill its service obligations.
If Warm Embrace fails to deliver the monthly subscription benefits, the Subscriber may be entitled to a prorated refund for the current month.
7. Changes to Subscription Plans
Warm Embrace reserves the right to modify the subscription plans, including the benefits and fees, upon providing 30 days’ notice to the Subscriber.
The Subscriber will have the option to cancel the subscription without penalty if they do not agree to the changes.
8. Subscriber Responsibilities
The Subscriber agrees to provide accurate and current information when subscribing.
The Subscriber is responsible for ensuring their delivery address is accurate and up to date.
The Subscriber agrees to use the greeting cards for commercial purposes only.
9. Limitation of Liability
Warm Embrace is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the subscription service.
Warm Embrace’s total liability to the Subscriber is limited to the amount of the subscription fee paid by the Subscriber in the previous month.
10. Governing Law
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Entire Agreement
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between Warm Embrace and the Subscriber regarding the subscription service and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

12. Amendments
Any amendments to this Contract must be in writing and signed by both Warm Embrace and the Subscriber.
